Half round maple table with flared legs
I built the top for this table, mounted onto a metal pedestal. This is distressed oak stained gray in a wagon wheel design. The quadrants in the wheel consist of floating tongue and groove boards.

I didn’t build this pool table (although that would be a fun challenge!). I made the custom oak cover/top.
This was an interesting piece. The customer came with an antique African chessboard and asked that I mount it into a table. I didn’t want aprons on the sides (bumping the legs of the players), so I used a double-Y substructure. The cool twist is that the end aprons are actually drawer fronts and the drawer rotates out instead of pulling out.
